Oasis is currently on a huge reunion tour, but they’ve decided not to do any interviews. However, Noel Gallagher recently shared some thoughts about the tour. He expressed how great it feels to be back with Bonehead and Liam, saying, “I guess when it’s all set and done, I’ll sit and reflect on it, but it’s great being back in a band with Liam. I’d forgotten how funny he was.”
Noel also joked about Liam’s vocals sounding like AI but added that he’s really proud of his brother. He acknowledged the challenges of fronting a band, saying, “Having been fronting a band for 16 years, I know how hard that is. I couldn’t do the stadium thing like he does it, it’s not in my nature, but I’ve got to say, good for you, mate. It’s been amazing.”
He mentioned being “completely blown away” by the fans’ reactions and energy at the shows, saying it’s hard to put into words.
When a fan tweeted Liam about why Noel might not want to do interviews, Liam replied, “We don’t want to do interviews coz we’re scared of the media asking us intrusive questions and trying to pick holes in our relationship.” It seems the media has taken the hint and is more interested in seeing the brothers together and thriving rather than stirring up drama.
Fans are excited to see Oasis back on stage, and it looks like the reunion is going strong!
