If you weren’t able to catch Olivia Rodrigo in person, you’re in luck. Netflix has announced that a filmed version of her GUTS World Tour will be available to stream on the platform beginning October 29. Filmed during her dates at the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, the singer will perform tracks from her most recent album, Guts, as well as her massive, Grammy-winning 2021 debut album Sour.
“I am so excited to share the GUTS World Tour with my fans,” Rodrigo expressed in a statement. “For those of you who didn’t get a chance to rock out in-person, now you can have the best seats in the house! And to the fans who cheered, screamed, and danced with me, I am so glad we get to do it all over again!”
Rodrigo’s 95-date world tour began back in Palm Springs in February, and features notable opening acts like Remi Wolf, Benee, and Chappell Roan. Since then, the 21-year-old pop star has taken her act across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia, and will play eight Australian dates later this month. Even after the film premieres on Netflix, fans will have the opportunity to see Rodrigo live again at one of her four dates in South America in 2025.
Guts was released in September 2023, where it debuted atop the Billboard 200. All three of the album’s singles—”Vampire,” “Bad Idea Right?”, and “Get Him Back!”—charted in the top reaches of the Billboard Hot 100, with “Vampire” debuting atop the list. The album was also nominated for six Grammys at the 2024 ceremony, including Album Of The Year and both Record and Song Of The Year for “Vampire.”
As for Netflix, this is hardly the streamer’s first foray into live music experiences. Taylor Swift’s Reputation Tour debuted on the platform in 2018. Beyoncé’s landmark 2018 Coachella set is also preserved on the site in the documentary Homecoming, and the streaming brought Ariana Grande’s Sweetener World Tour to the screen with the documentary Ariana Grande: Excuse Me, I Love You.
