​On the first anniversary of his father’s passing, Jack Osbourne is interested in sharing and hearing your remarkable Ozzy anecdotes.  

Wednesday is the one-year anniversary of Ozzy Osbourne’s death. His son Jack Osbourne asked fans to share memories all day on July 22.

In an Instagram video, Jack said he wants the day filled with “awesome Ozzy stories.” He asked people to post memories of seeing Ozzy live or what his music means to them. Tag posts with #OzzyDay so Jack can see them.

Jack urged fans to celebrate instead of mourn. “That’s what my dad would want,” he said, noting Ozzy didn’t like people crying in front of him. “Spread the love that way.”

Ozzy died on July 22, 2025, at 76. His final performance with the original Black Sabbath lineup was at the Back to the Beginning concert on July 5, 2025.
