The three-sided LP captures the band’s first complete U.S. performance of their debut album.
Pearl Jam will release a three-sided live vinyl album titled Ten Live on Nov. 27. The record documents the band’s complete performance from April 29, 2016, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, where they played their debut album Ten in its entirety from start to finish. Arriving 35 years after the original studio album came out on Aug. 27, 1991, this marks the first time the full live performance will be available on vinyl.
The 2016 concert was only the second time Pearl Jam had played Ten track-by-track, following a 1992 show in Munich, and was their first time doing so on American soil. Inspired by an arena banner commemorating the group’s tenth sold-out show in South Philadelphia, frontman Eddie Vedder led a three-hour, 32-song set. Mixed by Josh Evans and mastered by Levi Seitz, Ten Live is available for pre-order at $25 in standard black vinyl, alongside a clear vinyl edition available exclusively to Ten Club members.
