Pearl Jam’s landmark debut album Ten turns 30 this year, and it remains one of rock’s most iconic albums of all time. While beloved, guitarist Mike McCready said there’s one thing he’d change about the LP.

In an interview with Guitar World, McCready said, “I’ve always wanted to do a better ‘Even Flow’ solo than the one that on there.”

McCready added, “I shouldn’t say that, because I think some people like it the way it is. Although when we’re playing it live I always want to do it better. But I don’t think there’s any other aspects I would have changed on that record. I mean, it was a dream come true.”

Released on August 27, 1991, Ten is Pearl Jam’s most commercially successful album in their catalog and has sold over 13 million copies in the United States alone.
