Puscifer Transforms Bethlehem Into an Alien Soundscape

The Wind Creek Event Center in Bethlehem got a little weird on April 3, 2026, when Puscifer rolled into town. If you have ever been to one of their shows, you know the drill, but they started this one with a custom cartoon video on the big screens. It was a hilarious, slightly menacing way to remind everyone to keep their phones in their pockets and actually watch the stage. Honestly, without a sea of glowing screens in the way, the atmosphere inside the venue felt way more focused.

Once the “briefing” was over, the show kicked into high gear.  Maynard James Keenan, Mat Mitchell, and Carina Round—looked like they stepped straight out of a sci-fi noir film. They opened with “Thrust,” and the industrial pulse of the track hit the Bethlehem crowd like a physical wave.

The night was really a deep dive into the new Normal Isn’t album, with the setlist featuring almost the entire record. Songs like the title track “Normal Isn’t,” “Bad Wolf,” and “The Algorithm” sounded massive live, with the electronic layers and heavy bass lines filling the room. The vocal chemistry between Maynard and Carina is really the heart of the whole thing. On the new material, their harmonies were so tight it was hard to tell where one voice ended and the other began. Carina is a force of nature on stage, moving with an erratic, robotic energy that perfectly matches the glitchy feel of the new record.

Even with the heavy focus on the new songs, they still found space for a few older tracks, though they were reimagined to fit the current vibe. A big highlight was the debut of the “2026 Remix” of “The Humbling River” and a “Versatile Mix” of “Momma Sed” that had the entire room dead silent. They also leaned into the grit with “The Remedy” and “Conditions of My Parole,” which still get some of the biggest reactions of the night.

Between the bizarre video interludes featuring characters like Bellendia Black and Fanny Gray and the tight, professional musicianship, it felt more like a piece of theater than a standard rock concert. By the time they wrapped up with “A Public Stoning,” they had turned Wind Creek into their own private world for two hours.
