Red Hot Chili Peppers Getting Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame

Red Hot Chili Peppers are some of southern California’s favorite sons, so it makes sense they would receive one of the most SoCal honors ever: A star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Per Varietythe Chili Peppers will receive their star in a ceremony on Thursday, March 31. The location of the star will be at 6212 Hollywood Boulevard and will be “…next to TV producer Harry Friedman’s star. Pat Sajak and Jack Paar’s stars will neighbor the Chili Peppers’ to the west and east, respectively.”

In a statement, Hollywood Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez said, “Our hometown Hollywood boys are finally coming to collect their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. We have been waiting for them to break away from their busy schedules to dedicate their star, and we are thrilled to welcome them to our Walk of Fame family.”
