Rival Sons guitarist Scott Holiday has launched a solo project called HOL1D4Y. He first wrote the songs as instrumentals, but says they soon felt like they needed words. “Once I realized that, the words came quickly,” he says. “I needed to be the one to tell these stories.”
The debut HOL1D4Y album is called TOPOLOGY and arrives Sept. 25. The first single, “Veridream,” is out now.
Bandmate Jay Buchanan released his solo debut, Weapons of Beauty, in February. Rival Sons will reunite for a U.S. tour that starts in October.
