Creed frontman Scott Stapp performed an a cappella cover of Christian artist Brandon Lake’s song “Gratitude” during the band’s set at the Velocity Music Festival in Dyersville, Iowa. The 53-year-old singer shared his faith testimony with the crowd at the Iowa Field of Dreams venue before singing a verse of the track, leading audience members to raise their hands and sing along prior to the band launching into “Weathered.”
Creed closed out the final night of the three-day event following performances by Shinedown and Carrie Underwood. The festival set comes as the group, which reunited in early 2024, continues its live performances into 2026 roughly three decades after first emerging onto the music scene.
