Josh Homme, the frontman of Queens of the Stone Age, has teamed up with Norah Jones to perform the classic song “Somethin’ Stupid.” In this new rendition, the two artists share the spotlight with Homme on acoustic guitar while they sing the beloved ’60s hit. The song is well-known for its memorable line, “And then I go and spoil it all by saying somethin’ stupid like, ‘I love you.'”
At the end of the performance, Homme expressed his excitement, saying, “That was so much fun! That one I could just sing over and over.”
This special performance was recorded for an upcoming episode of Norah Jones’ podcast, Norah Jones Is Playing Along. Fans can catch the full episode, which will also include performances of some Queens of the Stone Age songs, when it premieres on February 10.
