The band tops the chart with “Young Again,” a single from their album EI8HT.
Shinedown has secured its 26th No. 1 single on the Mediabase Active Rock chart with “Young Again,” setting a record for the most chart-topping songs in the format’s history. Released by Atlantic Records on the album EI8HT, the track follows earlier successful singles including “Safe and Sound” and “Three Six Five.” In addition to their Mediabase record, the band holds 23 No. 1 hits on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock Airplay chart, alongside over 8.3 billion career streams and roughly 10 million albums sold worldwide.
The achievement comes as Shinedown continues its Dance, Kid, Dance Act II world tour. Following a run of North American dates this summer, the band will perform in Australia and New Zealand in September with co-headliners Bush, marking their first shows in the region in over 15 years. The tour will then head to Europe for scheduled stops in Paris, Glasgow, and London.
