Slash and Duff McKagan had a mini Guns N’ Roses reunion in Los Angeles on Monday night. The two joined former bandmates Steven Adler and Gilby Clarke at the Rock For Jennifer Memorial Concert at The Troubadour in Hollywood.
Fan videos on YouTube show the group performing “It’s So Easy,” a classic from their debut album, Appetite for Destruction. Faster Pussycat’s Taime Downe took the lead vocals for the song.
Steven Adler was with Guns N’ Roses from their start in 1985 until 1990, when he was let go due to struggles with addiction. Gilby Clarke joined the band in 1991, replacing Izzy Stradlin, and played with them until 1995.
The concert honored Jennifer Perry, a former house agent at The Troubadour, who passed away in February at the age of 67. Fans were excited to see these rock legends back together on stage, even if just for one night.
