Wembley Stadium in London has shared an image featuring Slipknot’s logo, the date 09.28.26, and the phrase “If you’re 555…,” referencing the band’s 2001 track “The Heretic Anthem.” The teaser arrives alongside Slipknot-related posters appearing in cities across North America, South America, Canada, and the UK. The posters feature city names and direct fans to a website that displays the numbers 9 and 28, pointing toward an official reveal on Monday, September 28.
The teaser campaign follows recent activity from the Iowa metal band, including the release of “Arsenal,” their first new song in three years, and work on an eighth studio album with guitarist Jim Root and producer Matt Wallace. Slipknot has also experienced recent lineup changes, including the departure of Craig “133” Jones and Jay Weinberg in 2023, the addition of drummer Eloy Casagrande, and the departure of turntablist Sid Wilson in August 2026.
