Soul Asylum Unveils ‘What Will Become of Me’ from Their Forthcoming ‘MPLS Unplugged’ Album

Soul Asylum has just released a new track called “What Will Become of Me” from their upcoming album, MPLS Unplugged, set to drop on August 28. This song is a fan favorite that the band first performed live back in 1995. Although it has been part of their live shows for years, it has never been officially released on an album until now. You can listen to “What Will Become of Me” on all digital platforms.

MPLS Unplugged features Soul Asylum’s 2023 concert at the State Theatre in Minneapolis, celebrating the 30th anniversary of their iconic MTV Unplugged performance.

In addition to the album release, Soul Asylum has announced a new world tour. The North American leg kicks off on June 13 in Oroville, California, and wraps up on August 27 in Winnipeg, Canada. After that, they will join Live for their South American tour, starting on September 13 in Santiago, Chile. For a full list of tour dates, check out SoulAsylum.com.
