Taylor Momsen, the lead singer of The Pretty Reckless, has been bitten by another creature while on tour with AC/DC. This time, it was a spider in Mexico City. Momsen previously made headlines in 2024 when a bat bit her leg during a performance in Spain.
In an Instagram post, she joked, “So it wouldn’t be an AC/DC tour if I didn’t get bit.” She shared that the spider bite caused some serious swelling, and she had to get a shot from doctors in Mexico before her show. The post included a video showing her swollen ankle.
After the bat incident, the AC/DC crew nicknamed her “Batgirl.” Now, with the spider bite, she can claim a unique connection to both the DC and Marvel universes.
The Pretty Reckless is set to perform two more shows with AC/DC in Mexico City on April 11 and April 15. They will also join AC/DC for a summer tour in July. In the meantime, The Pretty Reckless will kick off their own headlining tour to promote their upcoming album, Dear God, which is set to release on June 26.
