Philadelphia ice cream fans have a fresh reason to hit Market Street. The Franklin Fountain, a favorite ice cream parlor inspired by the 1900s, is launching ice cream flights and exclusive pint-only flavors just in time for spring and summer. Starting in April, they will introduce six new small-batch flavors each month, totaling 26 unique options for the season.
Each month will feature four flavors available only as an ice cream flight and two flavors sold exclusively in pint form. These special creations won’t be available by the scoop and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, making them a must-try for fans.
The first drop is on Friday, April 3rd at 11:00 AM, featuring the Charcuterie Board Ice Cream Flight with flavors like Moliterno Cheese, Brie, Fig, and Olive Oil. Alongside this, you can grab a Caramelized Garlic Toffee Pint, with an Elderberry Goat Cheese Pint following on April 17th at 11:00 AM. There will only be 15 flights and 32 pints available for the initial release.
