The Linda Lindas have released a new song called “Closer.” It’s an original track, not a cover of the Nine Inch Nails song. Paramore frontwoman Hayley Williams co-wrote and sings on the track. The band says having Williams on the song “perfected it” and they are grateful to have worked with her.
Williams joined The Linda Lindas on stage during a 2025 show in London. “Closer” will be on the band’s upcoming album, Gotta Get Out, due Aug. 28. The album also includes the single “Burning Out.”
The Linda Lindas will play shows with Bleachers in September. They are also set to perform at Tom Morello’s Power to the People festival in October.
