The White Stripes are set to release a new live album called *Live in Tasmania* as part of the latest Vault package from Third Man Records. This album was recorded in Tasmania in 2006 and features 33 songs spread across three vinyl LPs.
Ben Blackwell, the official White Stripes archivist, shared his excitement about the album. He said, “Tasmania is the only White Stripes show I ever saw that made me think, ‘The world needs to hear this.’ It was truly impressive. When we started The Vault 17 years ago, I aimed to share this show with everyone. I’m thrilled that it’s finally happening.”
In addition to the live album, the Vault package includes a bonus 12-inch single of Jack White’s halftime performance at the Detroit Lions’ Thanksgiving Day game. This performance featured a special collaboration with Eminem.
