The 52 Weeks of Firsts event, titled “First Annual Reminder Demonstration: 1965,” takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Philly Pride Visitor Center. This free event honors the activists who gathered at Independence Hall in 1965 to demand LGBTQ+ rights. Artist Jenn Procacci will showcase a sculpture that features historic photos from the demonstration, set against a vibrant rainbow sky.

On Friday, June 19, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., rock legends Jimmy Eat World will celebrate 25 years of their iconic album “Bleed American” at the Highmark Mann Center. Tickets start at $94, and the band will be joined by Thrice and Hey Mercedes.

The Juneteenth Wellness & Arts Festival takes place on Saturday, June 20, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Cherry Street Pier. This free event, presented by Shekhinah B. of The Women’s Coalition for Empowerment, features live performances, interactive art, fitness sessions, and health screenings.
