On August 9, 1995, the music world lost a legend with the passing of Jerry Garcia, co-founder of the Grateful Dead. Garcia and his bandmates were inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 1994. The Grateful Dead had several hits, including the popular song “Touch of Grey.”
