– 1979: Adam Levine, the lead singer of Maroon 5, was born in Los Angeles. He later gained fame as a coach on The Voice.
– 1997: Aerosmith released their 12th studio album, *Nine Lives*, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. The album produced hits like “Falling in Love (Is Hard on the Knees)” and “Pink,” the latter earning them a GRAMMY in 1999.
– 2016: Iggy Pop released his seventeenth album, *Post Pop Depression*, featuring tracks like “Gardenia.” It reached No. 17 on the Billboard 200 and No. 5 in the U.K.
– 2016: Gwen Stefani launched her first solo album in ten years, *This Is What the Truth Feels Like*, after her split from Gavin Rossdale.
