Tony Hawk is speaking out after he was named in the newly released Epstein files.
In an email dated October 22, 2024, a special agent working as a Threat Intake Examiner, whose identity was redacted, reported on an alleged case of human trafficking involving a minor.
“They would have sex with the young women and she was taken from Ireland and brought to Jeffrey Epstein Island when she was 13 years old,” the email read, per People. “[Redacted] said that she was there when Prince Edward was there and when Tony Hawk got married on the island.”
After being named in the files, the 57-year-old pro skateboarder – who has been married four times – addressed the claim that he got married on Epstein Island.

When he married Cindy Dunbar in 1990, he said the wedding was “in Fallbrook, CA (at home).” His 1996 wedding to Erin Lee was “in San Diego, CA (at Hilton Hotel).” His 2006 ceremony to Lhotse Merriam was “in Fiji (on Tavarua Surf Island),” and then his 2015 wedding to current wife Cathy Goodman was “in Ireland (at Adare Manor.”
“One of the guests in 2006 shot photos of the Fiji ceremony and licensed them to Getty Images,” Tony wrote. “His name is (coincidentally) Mark Epstein, an accomplished sports photographer from Wyoming and of no relation to Jeffrey Esptein (who I never met and whose island I never visited). This is all easily verifiable information. Facts are not fungible.”
He then apologized to the photographer Mark Epstein, who “also got pulled into the information vortex.”
If you didn’t see, Russell Wilson also spoke out after he was named in the Epstein files.
