Oasis has just won the major tour of the year at the Pollstar Awards. Liam and Noel Gallagher took the stage in Sydney, Australia, as part of their Live ’25 global tour. This reunion has turned out to be a huge success for the brothers. Just days after being inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, their tour was recognized for earning over $405 million and attracting more than two million fans. It became the second-biggest tour of 2025, only behind Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter Tour.
In other awards, Metallica’s M72 World Tour was named rock tour of the year, while the Eagles’ residency at Sphere Las Vegas won residency of the year. Sphere was also honored as the U.S. arena of the year, and Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas was named U.S. stadium of the year. The Glastonbury Festival in the U.K. took home the title of international music festival of the year. In the U.S., the Eddie Vedder-curated Ohana Festival in Dana Point, California, and the Austin City Limits Music Festival were also recognized.
