Unchained Management, Music & Media Adds James Aloisio to Its Team

JAMES ALOISIO JOINS UNCHAINED MANAGEMENT, MUSIC & MEDIA

Artist manager James Aloisio has joined Unchained Management, Music & Media.

Known for his fiercely DIY spirit and hands-on experience, Aloisio joins Unchained principals, Steve DavisVaughn Lewis, and Kenny Gabor, as well as longstanding manager Jason Rudolph

Unchained clientele already includes hard rock and metal mainstays including Killswitch EngageCannibal Corpse, MinistryQueensrycheThe ContortionistMemphis May FireLorna ShoreMonster MagnetWhitechapel, and CKY as well as Volbeat’s Rob Caggiano.

Aloisio brings with him a roster that includes developing heavyweights Frozen SoulCreeping DeathDrainSanguisugabogg, Koyo200 Stab Wounds, and Chamber. Prior to joining Unchained, Aloisio enjoyed a successful run with Good Fight Management.

“James is a great addition to Unchained,” states Vaughn Lewis  “He brings an energy and enthusiasm to the company that we will all surely benefit from. His professional artist-friendly approach is on full display daily and should help him fit right in. He’s amassed quite an impressive roster of acts, which we proudly welcome into the Unchained family. We all very much look forward to working together.”

“I’’m ecstatic to be joining forces with a company that not only includes many legendary artists, but more importantly, working directly with a company of managers who have helped build some legendary careers,” states Aloisio. “As a young, touring musician, I was inspired, not only by the music of those artists, but I was also inspired by the behind-the-scenes heavy lifting and sense of long-term vision that went into those careers. While we all come from different backgrounds and levels of experience, Unchained shares the same values and outlook that have been key to my own journey working with bands. It’s a natural fit. Meeting with the Unchained guys at a VFW hall show on Long Island says a lot about this relationship — they are pros and have been around for over two decades, but haven’t forgotten their roots, and that is very important to me.”

Currently Based in Winston-Salem. North Carolina, Aloisio will be splitting his time between there and Unchained’s New York area offices. Originally hailing from Long Island, NY, Aloisio began his career performing and touring on the DIY circuit, which led to taking over operations with his then-partner as the sole agents for State of Mind Touring in 2017.
