Greta Van Fleet continued their promo push for their new studio album, The Battle At Garden’s Gate, with last night’s appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Embedded below, GVF performed “Heat Above,” which was the third track preview from their second LP. The Battle At Garden’s Gate comes out tomorrow (April 16.)
Greta Van Fleet has been doing a lot of appearances on the late-night talk show circuit in the lead up to the release of The Battle At Garden’s Gate, in addition to do a number of interviews. Yesterday, an interview singer Josh Kiszka gave to The Guardian gained a lot of traction for what he had to say about the band’s many critics.
“Some people are writing their articles in their mother’s basement and they’re pissed off that we’re doing something,” said Kiszka. “If your career is writing negative things about people, I would think you’d have something better to do.”
Kiszka added, “If you drop flaming nitrous in someone’s lap, I think they’ll notice. It’s a sign that we’ve done something to arouse people in some way or other. F— anybody for putting it down. This is what we’re going to do.”
