The Rainbow Bar & Grill in Los Angeles is serving up recipes from the late Vinnie Paul, the drummer of Pantera. This iconic spot, known for being a favorite of Motörhead’s Lemmy Kilmister, will feature Vinnie’s BBQ sauced cheeseburger, Texas-style cheesesteak sandwich, and lemon pepper wings throughout the holiday season.
These tasty dishes come from Vinnie’s cookbook, “Drumming Up an Appetite,” which was released posthumously in March. Vinnie Paul passed away in 2018, 14 years after the tragic murder of his brother and bandmate, “Dimebag” Darrell Abbott.
In 2022, Pantera reunited with Anthrax’s Charlie Benante and Black Label Society’s Zakk Wylde stepping in for Vinnie and Dime, respectively.
