OUR GUESS: Phillip Phillips

Based on the clues, we’re pretty sure that American Idol winner Phillip Phillips is under the Pugcasso mask. Phillip was born and raised in a small town in Georgia and before winning Idol in 2012, he was expected to take over his family’s pawn shop. His coronation song “Home” was a huge hit, and was used as part of the 2012 Summer Olympics campaign (which would connect with the home plate and Olympics clues). He made Idol history when he won his season with a record-breaking 132 million votes.
