Rick Astley Performs Mashup of ‘Never Gonna Give You Up’ and Foo Fighters’ ‘Best of You’

Rick Astley has had many interactions with the Foo Fighters over the years. His latest comes in the form of a delightful mashup of his hit song “Never Gonna Give You Up” and the Foo’s “Best of You.”

The mashup was inspired by frontman Dave Grohl’s recent co-hosting stint on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, which saw Grohl do a bit about Rick Rolling meme culture called “IRL Dave G’Roll.”

Astley took to social media and responded with the video below. It was captioned, “Dave, Jimmy, I saw your clip on YouTube. Amazing!! Felt the need to respond – keep on Rockin and ‘Rollin’ Rick.” And boy, does he really wail at the end!
