Ozzy Osbourne and Lemmy Kilmister Trade Vocal Lines on ‘Hellraiser’

Ozzy Osbourne has debuted a fresh version of “Hellraiser”; this version is a duet with the late, great Lemmy Kilmister of Motörhead. The song will appear on the forthcoming expanded 30th anniversary reissue of Ozzy’s No More Tears record, which drops Friday (Sept. 17).

Ozzy and Lemmy co-wrote “Hellraiser” for No More Tears, as well as the songs “Desire,” “Mama, I’m Coming Home” and “I Don’t Want to Change the World.” Motörhead also released their own rendition of “Hellraiser” as a single from 1992’s March ör Die. That track also appeared in the 1992 horror film Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth.

“I hope everyone enjoys the song,” Osbourne said in a statement. “This is just a small way to honor my friend Lemmy. Sharon and I talk a lot about how much we miss him.”

Listen to the just-released version of “Hellraiser,” which mashes Ozzy’s vocals with Lemmy’s lines from the Motörhead version, below. Pre-order Ozzy’s No More Tears reissue here.
