As Sepultura prepares to embark on their final world tour, guitarist Andreas Kisser has revealed that the band reached out to founding members Max and Iggor Cavalera for a potential reunion at their last-ever concert. Despite personal outreach from Kisser and communication between management teams, the brothers have reportedly declined to participate. "I spoke to Iggor personally a few months ago," Kisser shared. "But they don’t want to be a part of it, and that’s OK. It’s a choice."

While fans had hoped for a full-circle moment for the band's conclusion, the Cavalera brothers are currently focused on their own project, Cavalera, where they have been re-recording and performing classic Sepultura material.
