Dave Grohl has given fans a sneak peek of the vinyl version of the upcoming Foo Fighters album, *Your Favorite Toy*, in a new unboxing video. “I’ve never done an unboxing thing before,” Grohl says. “Honestly, this is the first time I’ve ever seen this.”
In the video, he opens the package to show off the record sleeve and the LP. He also reveals a lyric sheet, which fans can pause to check out the words to some unreleased songs. “This is amazing, I’m very happy. We put a lot of work into this one,” Grohl adds. “Our team of genius artists helped us make something really nice for you.”
*Your Favorite Toy* is set to release on April 24 and follows their 2023 album, *But Here We Are*. The new album features the already released tracks “Asking for a Friend,” “Caught in the Echo,” and the title track.
Fans can catch Foo Fighters live at a special show in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on April 28. They will also headline the Welcome to Rockville and BottleRock Napa festivals in May. Later this year, the band will kick off a full North American stadium tour in August.
