MOD SUN has just released a new single titled “Mirror.” He describes this track as his rawest work yet, featuring trashy drums, real guitar sounds, and vocals that keep the natural voice cracks. “It’s alive, not sterile,” he explains.
Last year, MOD SUN became more self-aware, and he wrote the lyrics with a simple rule: if he wouldn’t say it in a real conversation, it wouldn’t make the song. He wanted to keep it genuine, without any fancy poetry or clever lines.
