A new video from Tom Petty has been released for “Drivin’ Down to Georgia,” which is featured on Finding Wildflowers (Alternative Versions.)

Per Rolling Stone, the video is made up of “…archival footage shot by Heartbreakers bassist Ron Blair and Martyn Atkins, who directed the 1999 Heartbreakers concert film ‘High Grass Dogs, Live from the Fillmore.’”

“Drivin’ Down to Georgia” is one of a number of tracks from Petty’s recording sessions for his 1994 solo album Wildflowers which finally received an official release on the 2020 reissue Wildflowers & All The Rest.

April 16 saw the digital release of Finding Wildflowers (Alternative Versions), which is comprised of 16 tracks that were previously released on the limited-edition Super Deluxe 9-LP and 5 CD formats of Wildflowers & All The Rest. Today (May 7), Finding Wildflowers (Alternative Versions), which features “Drivin’ Down to Georgia,” is now available in CD and vinyl formats at TomPetty.com.
