​Metallica announces deluxe ’Reload’ reissue 

Metallica is set to release a deluxe reissue of their 1997 album, Reload, on June 26. This special edition will come in various formats, including a deluxe box set. The box set features Reload remastered on two vinyl LPs, along with the live album Ministry of Sound ’97 on three LPs. Fans can also look forward to a 7-inch single of “The Memory Remains” and 15 CDs filled with never-before-released riffs, demos, rough mixes, B-sides, rarities, and live material.

Additionally, the box set includes four DVDs showcasing live performances and studio footage. It also comes with memorabilia like posters, stickers, lyric sheets, and a 128-page photo book. You can check out a live performance of “The Memory Remains” from 1997, now available on YouTube.

Reload was Metallica’s seventh studio album and their last with bassist Jason Newsted.
