Foo Fighters made their debut on Saturday Night Live UK this past weekend. The band, led by Dave Grohl, performed two songs from their new album, Your Favorite Toy: “Child Actor” and “Caught in the Echo.” This show marked the return of guitarist Pat Smear, who had missed earlier performances in 2026 due to a “bizarre gardening accident.”
SNL UK is the British version of the popular NBC sketch show and can be watched in the U.S. on Peacock. The Foo Fighters have been on the U.S. SNL nine times and even appeared as special guests with Mick Jagger in 2012.
Looking ahead, the Foo Fighters will play a special show in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on Tuesday. They are also set to headline the Welcome to Rockville and BottleRock Napa festivals in May. In August, they will kick off a full North American stadium tour.
