Cannons’ drummer and keyboardist Paul Davis recuperating following emergency brain surgery.

Cannons drummer and keyboardist Paul Davis is recovering after emergency brain surgery. The band announced on Facebook that Davis had an accident during their show in Dallas earlier this month. At the time, they didn’t realize he was experiencing bleeding in his brain. As the week progressed, his condition worsened, and the band decided it was best for him to go home and focus on his recovery.

On Monday, Cannons shared that Davis underwent surgery and is now in the hospital. They reported that he is recovering well and his prognosis is positive, but he will need time before he can rejoin the band on tour.

Despite this setback, Cannons will continue their current tour with Bob Moses, which runs through early May and resumes in July. They expressed their commitment to performing, saying, “We’ll be out there playing these shows for you, Paul.” They also encouraged fans to show their support and keep Davis in their thoughts during this challenging time.

In March, Cannons released their new album, Everything Glows. Fans can look forward to more music and updates as the band navigates this situation.
