L7 Reveals Final Tour: The Last Hurrah

L7 is saying goodbye with their farewell tour, The Last Hurrah. The tour kicks off on October 9 in Phoenix and runs until November 7, ending in Salt Lake City. Presales start this Friday at 10 a.m. local time, and tickets will be available to everyone on May 11 at 10 a.m. local time. For the full list of tour dates and ticket details, check out L7TheBand.com.

L7 first formed in 1985 and was active until 2001, releasing six studio albums, including the popular 1992 album, Bricks Are Heavy. The band reunited in 2014 with the original lineup of Donita Sparks, Suzi Gardner, Jennifer Finch, and Demetra Plakas. They released a new album, Scatter the Rats, in 2019, along with a documentary titled L7: Pretend We’re Dead.

Donita Sparks shared her thoughts on the farewell tour, saying, “When we decided to release a documentary in 2015, we thought we might play a few shows for fun. Instead, we ended up touring for eleven more years, making new music, and reconnecting with our amazing fans.” She added, “Seeing longtime supporters alongside new fans has been incredible. We are thankful and excited to give everyone one last unforgettable night of rock & roll.
