After the glamorous event, she went directly to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting, highlighting the struggles many stars endure.

Several notable hits and milestones occurred on this date. In 1996, The Cure released their tenth studio album, *Wild Mood Swings*, which peaked at No. 9 on the U.K. Official Albums chart and No. 12 in the U.S. That same year, Everything But The Girl launched their ninth album, *Walking Wounded*, reaching No. 4 in the U.K. and No. 37 in the U.S., producing four Top 40 singles. In 2022, Bad Bunny’s album *Un Verano Sin Ti* made history as the second all-Spanish album to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200, following his earlier success with *El Último Tour del Mundo*.
