Noah Kahan is set to return to Saturday Night Live this weekend as the musical guest, with Matt Damon hosting. In a promo for the show, Noah tries to arrange a collaboration with Matt but accidentally dismisses SNL cast member Ben Marshall. “This is so exciting,” Noah says. “I’ve always wanted to do something with Matt and Ben.” Ben responds, “Oh, thanks so much, man. That’s so cool.” Noah quickly clarifies, “Oh, I’m sorry. I meant Ben Affleck.” Ben looks confused and asks, “Why would you bring that up now?” Noah explains, “It’s the first time I’m seeing Matt.” Matt then tells Noah, “We’d actually love to do something with you.” Noah replies, “Hell yeah. Amazing, thank you. Huge fan.” Meanwhile, Ben stands by looking a bit sad.
In another promo, Ben tries to make a joke about Noah’s appearance, saying it’s “More like Skit Season!” Noah rolls his eyes, and Matt chides Ben, “It’s your first-ever promo, and you blow it on ‘Skit Season?'” Noah encourages him, saying, “Come on, you’re better than that, Ben.” Ben then tries again, saying, “More like Noah Ka-ha-ha-han!” Matt laughs, “Oh, hell yeah. That’s good,” and Noah agrees. Fans can look forward to a fun episode this weekend!
