Blink-182 Releases Merch For Australian Bushfire Relief

The rock community continues coming together to support relief efforts aimed at helping those impacted by the Australian bushfires burning across the country. Just 24 hours after its release over the weekend, blink-182 managed to raise over $20,000 from selling special merch. According to the band, all proceeds are going to charity, particularly the Australia Zoo, who has been treating the injured Aussie wildlife. Other artists who have pledged money include Metallica and Elton John. Queen + Adam Lambert and Alice Cooper will participate in a fundraising concert next month.

Australia is being ravaged by deadly fires, and we just feel so helpless.

We put out a new merch line + donating all proceeds to charity.

Let’s do our part to make sure everyone, the environment, plus all of these kangaroos & koala bears are safe. 🐨 https://t.co/IIFTOVfM31 pic.twitter.com/Pd8XsshaB1
