Atreyu has just released a new song titled “Children of Light,” featuring Max Cavalera, co-founder of Sepultura. This track is part of their upcoming album, The End Is Not the End, which will be out on April 24. “Children of Light” is the fourth single from the album, following “All for You,” “Dead,” and “Ego Death.”
The End Is Not the End is a follow-up to their 2023 album, The Beautiful Dark of Life. To promote the new album, Atreyu will kick off a U.S. tour on April 15 in Milwaukee, with Sevendust joining them on select dates.
Max Cavalera is currently active in the band Cavalera, alongside his brother Iggor, who is also a Sepultura co-founder. The Cavalera brothers have been away from Sepultura for some time, as the band is currently on a farewell tour. Recently, Sepultura guitarist Andreas Kisser mentioned that he invited the Cavalera brothers to join them for their final concert, but they turned down the offer.
