Foo Fighters recently took the stage for NPR’s Tiny Desk performance series, and they didn’t hold back. Dave Grohl and the band delivered a powerful five-song set, featuring fan favorites like “Learn to Fly,” “My Hero,” and “Everlong.” They also played two new tracks from their upcoming album, Your Favorite Toy: “Spit Shine” and “Child Actor.”
Grohl expressed his excitement, saying, “It’s an honor to be here. I’ve watched so many of these Tiny Desk shows and have a bunch of favorites.” During “My Hero,” he got the crowd involved with a sing-along, joking, “It’s not so tiny now!”
You can catch the Foo Fighters’ Tiny Desk performance streaming on YouTube. If you’re a fan, get ready for more, as they will be hitting much larger venues for their North American stadium tour starting in August.
