Directed by Will Lovelace and Dylan Southern, ‘Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger’ chronicles the Gallagher brothers’ return to the stage.
Following their 2025 Live ’25 reunion tour, rock band Oasis is the subject of a new documentary titled Oasis: Don’t Look Back in Anger. Directed by Will Lovelace and Dylan Southern, with creative input from Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight, the film provides behind-the-scenes access to Liam and Noel Gallagher as they prepared to return to stadium stages after 16 years apart.
The documentary explores the preparations for the tour, including Liam quitting drinking and smoking to preserve his voice, and captures Noel feeling overwhelmed during the band’s opening show in Cardiff. In addition to examining the brothers’ ongoing dynamic and reflecting on their 2009 split, the film highlights fan reactions across generations singing along to tracks such as “Wonderwall,” “Champagne Supernova,” and “Don’t Look Back in Anger.”
