Bush has released a new version of their hit song “Swallowed” to mark its 30th anniversary. The updated track features a choral ensemble singing alongside lead singer Gavin Rossdale. Rossdale shared, “There’s something about stripping a song all the way back to its DNA; the melody has all the power. I wanted ‘Swallowed’ to feel like a hymn.”
Originally, “Swallowed” was the lead single from Bush’s 1996 album, Razorblade Suitcase, and it reached #1 on the Billboard Alternative Airplay chart. Currently, Bush is on a U.S. tour promoting their latest album, I Beat Loneliness, which was released in 2025.
