Nickelback Announces 2027 North American Tour: Tickets On Sale Oct. 16

Nickelback is taking its new music on a global tour. The band has unveiled the Everything Under The Sun Tour, a 2027 arena run built around its 11th studio album, Everything Under The Sun, arriving Oct. 30 through Virgin Music Group.

The North American leg opens Feb. 6 at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with U.S. dates running through May 1 in San Antonio, Texas, before a May 7 stop at CDMX Arena in Mexico City. The band then crosses the Atlantic, launching its U.K. and European run May 22 in Leeds, England, and continuing through July. An Australian swing starts Oct. 2 in Perth and wraps Oct. 16 in the Hunter Valley. English rock outfit Don Broco provides direct support on most dates.

Presales kicked off Oct. 13 with an artist presale and a Verizon presale for U.S. fans, while Australian fans have additional windows through Vodafone, Mastercard, Live Nation, and Westfield. VIP packages are also offered. General ticket sales begin Friday, Oct. 16, at 10 a.m. local time.

The new record has already been previewed with “Rattle The Cage” featuring John 5, “Leave Me Behind,” and “Make Me Love You.” It follows 2022’s Get Rollin’, whose world tour became the band’s fastest-selling and best-attended to date, and the Netflix documentary Hate To Love: Nickelback.

Part of the band’s staying power is its sense of humor. Frontman Chad Kroeger and his bandmates have openly embraced the internet memes aimed at them, a sign they don’t take themselves too seriously. Kroeger has compared life in the group to being married to three people, with compromise and shared goals smoothing over the occasional disagreement.

That easygoing spirit shone at a recent London press gathering at Karma Sanctum in Soho, hosted by presenter Claire Sturgess and organized by Outside Organization. Founding bassist Mike Kroeger, Chad’s brother, reflected on the band’s path and the artists who shaped it, and the evening closed on a playful note, with Black Sabbath crowned winner of a “World Cup of Rock.”

Nearly three decades after forming in Hanna, Alberta, Nickelback has sold close to 65 million albums, earned GRAMMY nominations, and joined the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2023. Its hit-packed live show remains a major draw.
