Static-X has canceled the rest of their 2026 tour due to serious medical issues. The band shared the news in a Facebook post, stating, “The situation is unavoidable and requires immediate attention.” They expressed their regret for the inconvenience and promised to return in 2027, “bigger, stronger, and faster.”
The current lineup includes bassist Tony Campos, guitarist Koichi Fukuda, and drummer Ken Jay, all of whom were part of the band’s 1999 debut album, Wisconsin Death Trip. They are joined by an anonymous masked singer known as Xer0, who replaced the late frontman Wayne Static, who passed away in 2014. Static-X appreciates the support from their fans and looks forward to performing again soon.
