Kate Hudson will produce the film sequel, while Netflix announces U.K. show renewals and CBS reveals ‘Sheriff Country’ guest star.
Paramount Pictures is in early development on a sequel to the 2003 romantic comedy How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, according to Deadline. Kate Hudson, who starred in the original movie alongside Matthew McConaughey, is on board to produce. It is currently unknown whether Hudson or McConaughey will return to act as leads Andie Anderson and Benjamin Barry.
In television news, Netflix has renewed its U.K. original shows House of Guinness, Being Gordon Ramsay, and Legends for second seasons, while At Home with the Furys has been renewed for season 3. Meanwhile, CBS announced that Ben McKenzie will guest star as Sheriff Wade in the season 2 premiere of Sheriff Country alongside his wife, lead actress Morena Baccarin (Sheriff Mickey Fox). Baccarin shared a video of the couple on set to Instagram on Monday; the pair previously acted together on the FOX series Gotham.
